Junior (Born 1996 or 1997) - 400m Swim/ 12km Bike/ 3km Run
Intermediate (Born 1994 or 1995) - 600m/ 16km/ 4km
Senior (1991 - 1993) - 750m/ 20km/ 5km
Aquathlon (Born 1998 or 1999) - 1.5km Run/ 200m Swim/ 1.5km Run

Met West Team Members may wear last years Race Uniform (if in last years team) or in 2010, Met West will be selling race suits (black with MW branding for female team members) and MW-branded race singlet and swimwear (for male team members). These are the ONLY approved Competition gear for Met West athletes in 2010.
